hoki9 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and place any wager or game stake on this platform.
hoki9 primarily serves players located in Indonesia. Users are solely responsible for verifying that their use of the platform complies with local laws in their jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one hoki9 account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hoki9 supports BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and time limits detailed in each offer's individual terms. Bonus abuse leads to account suspension.
hoki9 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session controls, and self-exclusion. Players who believe gambling is causing harm are urged to use these tools immediately.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
The hoki9 Platform is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, make a deposit, claim any bonus, or place any bet or wager. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. hoki9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

hoki9 primarily serves players located in Indonesia. Users accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether such access is lawful in their jurisdiction. hoki9 does not represent that the services offered are appropriate or legally available in all locations.
The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:
Indonesia's primary gambling statute, the Public Gambling Act of 1867, predates the internet and does not expressly regulate offshore online gambling. The legal status of individual users accessing offshore platforms remains a grey area under Indonesian law. hoki9 operates under an international licence and does not maintain physical infrastructure in Indonesia. Each user is independently responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction.
Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the hoki9 Platform. The creation of duplicate, parallel, or substitute Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. hoki9 accepts no liability for failed transactions or account restrictions arising from inaccurate registration data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. hoki9 will treat all actions taken under your Account login as your own actions. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, notify hoki9 support immediately. hoki9 is not liable for losses resulting from failure to maintain credential security.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights or obligations associated with it to any third party. Any such transfer is void and constitutes grounds for Account closure.
hoki9 is required by its international licensing obligations and internal anti-money-laundering policies to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time at hoki9's discretion, including upon unusual account activity.
No withdrawal will be processed until KYC verification is complete. hoki9 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within one business hour of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take longer. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the initial request may result in Account suspension.
hoki9 accepts deposits via the following channels for Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The list of accepted methods may be updated at any time. Current options are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to enhanced due diligence under hoki9's AML procedures.
Most deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to the Account within seconds to five minutes. hoki9 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or payment provider. Deposits that are not credited within 30 minutes should be reported to support with transaction evidence.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you personally and that you are lawfully entitled to use. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using payment methods belonging to third parties, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Note: hoki9 does not accept deposits via credit cards. All deposits must be funded from personal debit bank accounts or personal e-wallets registered in your own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. If this is not possible, hoki9 support will communicate alternative options. hoki9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), or due to security review requirements. hoki9 will notify you if a withdrawal is subject to extended processing.
Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are only withdrawable once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Withdrawal requests submitted while an active bonus's wagering requirement remains outstanding may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, at hoki9's discretion. See Clause 7 for full bonus conditions.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by hoki9 are subject to individual offer terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. These Terms constitute the baseline governing document; individual offer terms take precedence where they are more specific.
Unless stated otherwise in an individual offer's terms, the following baseline wagering conditions apply to all bonuses:
hoki9 monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematically low-risk staking to meet wagering requirements, coordinated play with other users to manipulate bonus outcomes, or any other behaviour that hoki9 determines to be inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus balances forfeited.
hoki9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a User has already accepted the offer and commenced wagering in good faith.
Once a bet or wager is placed and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User except where hoki9's specific game or sports-betting rules expressly provide for cash-out or bet amendment functionality.
hoki9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that were offered due to a manifest error, technical malfunction, or pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's Account. hoki9 will not honour winnings arising from such errors.
hoki9 cooperates with national and international sports integrity bodies. Bets may be voided or suspended pending investigation where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or corruption in a sporting event. Decisions made by hoki9 on the basis of sports integrity concerns are final.
All casino games available on the Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Game outcomes are determined by the certifying provider's RNG systems, over which hoki9 has no influence or control.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hoki9 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the hoki9 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software code, game assets, page layouts, icons, and written content — is the property of hoki9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without hoki9's prior written consent.
hoki9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You should read the Privacy Policy carefully alongside these Terms.
hoki9 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification services only where strictly necessary to provide the Platform's core functionality and comply with legal obligations.

hoki9 makes reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, hoki9 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, connectivity failures, or scheduled maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hoki9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
hoki9's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hoki9 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting hoki9 support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money Balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
hoki9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, hoki9 may freeze the Account Balance pending investigation and is not required to return funds until the investigation is resolved.
hoki9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law, regulatory directive, or to address an unforeseen security risk.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 14.1.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hoki9 is incorporated, as an internationally licensed gaming operator. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and hoki9 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact hoki9 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. hoki9 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full written response within 10 business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through hoki9's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified in hoki9's licensing conditions.
